All I can say is RUDE.
Rude Rude Rude Rude Rude.
This guy actually tried to sell me a system that didn't make any sense at all.
Wrong parts in the wrong places. It made me wonder if he'd ever done this professionally.
When I called the ad, I saw "voted best around 8 years" so I said to myself sure they can handle it. I called to set an appointment and I was told "we are not the cheapest" but I didn't care, "best around" yea!
I was shocked to find a quote of nearly triple the other company's quote.
It was the same equipment.
His sales pitch didn't work. I realized a few crucial and key mistakes Edward and Norman made, and I wisely decided against allowing them to install my home securty system.
Nearly Everyone I've spoken to about this gentleman (Norman Mugford) either has had troubles with him in the past, or they don't like him for other reasons. This is a warning to anyone considering Alarmpro of Palm Coast/Flagler County services: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE LIARS. DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY ARE TELLING YOU. IT SOUNDS GOOD HOW THEY WORD THINGS...BUT THE TRUTH IS ALWAYS DIFFERENT WITH ALARMPRO.

All the comments made by this individual are false. He is an x-employee of Alarmpro, Inc. He was terminated because he failed to disclose that he was a convicted felon on his employeee application. All his comments were made within the same week. A cease & desist order was issued to him by our attorney and a Police report filed with the local Sheriff.
