Normandy Place Apartments, A1 Recovery illegal towing and keeping of vehicle Little Rock Arkansas Arkansas

To whom this may concern:

My wife visited a friend at the Normandy place apartments on Saturday and was parked in a visitor park. She left with her friend and apparently the security was watching her and her friend leave and placed a call for abandonment of her vehicle minutes after they left together. Her friends daughter called them and told them what was going on and even tried to stop them and let them know that they were on their way but the security guard would not talk to the lady who lives in these apartments nor would they drop the car down. My wife called a1 recovery to see if she could get the car back but the owner of the company stated that she would have to wait until Monday.

I called this tow company at 8:41 a.m. and a guy answered the phone and stated that the people who ran the company would not arrive until 8:45 a.m., so we went out there and found out that they were not open. So I called the lady and she stated that she was off just like we were and would not be open until tomorrow until 8 or 8:15. To me it seems like this is a scheme that they play to try to charge people $265 dollars and make it hard to catch them so that when you do they have built up $40 dollars a day charges against you. She was with a friend who lives in the complex and parked in a visitor park, apparently the security watched them so that he could do this little scheme with this towing company. She has parked out there before and had no problems. Thank you so much.
