Nortek/ frigedaire Nordyne Defective product Nationwide

 Purchased a frigidaire heating/cooling system in 2012. We have had to repair the inside unit 8 or more times since we purchased it. We had to take out a personal loan to pay for the unit and labor which cost 8,000 dollars. Our old unit (which was not a frigedaire) was 23 years old and never ever had any issues. In the unit we have now the coil has been replace 5 times (I believe that's the correct amount of times) because the coil kept blowing a hole in it. Our service people said frigedaire was aware of the issue and we're trying to come up with a better coil. The last time it was replace was in May 2015 which we were charged 400 dollars for labor. Well now the motor that runs the blower is broke and under warranty and the repair people have called the company and they keep saying they will call them back but they never have thus far. We have had to sleep in our house with 88 degree temps and that's with 4 fans blowing. At this point we are at a loss and don't know what to do. We feel we have been sold a defective unit as well as many others. Please any advise would be appreciated. Our unit model number is B4VM-X3OK-A
