Unfortunately, I decided to do business with this company. For $7695 they would set up a web site for me where people could go and fill out a very short application for morgage companies to contact them (said they were trying to compete with Lending Tree.)

I would advertise my website. They would provide training and support. They would also advertise, get my page to the top of search engines.

Once someone filled out this short app, this company would call them to verify that it was real, then post the lead on a page they had that mortgage companies went to and purchased. They kept $1.99 and gave the rest to me. They guaranteed 10 leads within the first 2 weeks.

In 1st 2 weeks I had 12 leads (including my own). I earned $141.12. Try to get this money. Finally got it after I sent them a letter demanding they returned all of my money, and copied this letter to the AZ attorney general.

I've also filed a report with the FTC. And a fraud report with my credit card co.
