North America Moving & Storage Svcs./ Yair Knafo FRAUD/ THIEF/ CON-ARTIST Internet

 North America Moving & Storage and Advantage Moving are moving scams. Confirmed. I'm ex-employee. I started working for Yair Knafo on October 5, 2015. The day I started working the HR lady who interviewed me and hired me, gave me a warning that he was running a scam on customers and employees. That Yair Knafo has already been under investigation by the federal government for being a scam artist and running fraduelmt moving companies. I however, really needed to work and ignored it thinkin she may have felt she would lose her job by me coming on board.

A couple days later she was fired by Yair Knafo. I worked for him in sales coming from no moving company experience. He trained me to tell customers they are direct carried is that is why we gave low estimates. Which is not true, he owns one truck that is in the garage must of the time and he subcontracts out all of his jobs. the first week my fears were confirmed when he had one of his broker take one of my booking and lied to me. I noticed who he really was. Nevertheless, I kept working over 15 hours a day 7 days a week. All of October. In mid October he changed our work agreement and decided to cut my salary and commissions in half because I found out he took a sale from me.

Toward the end of October, all the sales I've made were calling me crying saying they were all being charged triple than the biding quote estimate garaunteed. They plead telling me their belongings were being kept hostage. I notice I was taking part in a scam that is affecting people's lives and I decided to quit. Now he refuses to pay me for the entire month of October of salary and commissions because I won't partake in his operations. This entire situation put me in a really tough place and he is taking advantage of it. And he is getting away with murder. He insults me and asked me to perform sexual favors if I want to pay my rent. This guy is a a crook to the fullest extent of the word.

Both the address listed on the website are fradulent addresses. He doesn't have a physical address for his business because people are always looking for him. Please, if you read this, don't believe the whole spill the tell you about their dot number, you complaints will be to no avail. Nothing will be done about it. Don't believe their spill on how is a disgruntle employee, or one customer out of thousands . That's what he trains us to say. Please don't be scammed by his smooth talk, don't do business with this company in any way. You will regret it. Don't do it. Filling complains gets you no where. Don't fall for the low stimate scam. Yair also ran 50 states moving and storage, flat rate movers, bravo movers.. ect. He also keeps applying to get a license so he can legally work in Georgia. 

I am also an ex employee if his that he did not pay. Instead he picked a fight with me, told me to send back his phone and he would pay me. Of course he never paid me!! Just like he doesn't pay for his own daughter in California.
