North America Moving Systems Scam, BEWARE - North America Moving Systems Ripoff Jersey City New Jersey

Driver was Izzy and helpers were two others who could barely speak English...came to our house to pick up our items. They were late and never called 24 hours as they were supposed to. North America Moving Systems is the moving company that I had signed the moving deal with. It was a full pack service deal which ended up costing me double of what they had estimated. Fine! Willing to pay for the service. It has been over a month since they have been storing my items in the warehouse and never delivered, although they provided written (online) binding notice that they would deliver in ONE WEEK after the first phone call is received. I have been waiting to get my stuff delivered for over 3 weeks now but to no avail. They make up stories everytime I call them. The driver never picks up the phone. The manager "Bill" and the support staff "Jessica" always have contradicting information. You cannot talk to any Dispatchers nor the regular staff could give you the real story. NEVER go with this moving company!! They will rip you off and never stand by their written guarantee.

For me, I am just waiting to get an answer whether I will get my stuff back and if not, I want an answer so that I can move on by not WAITING forever. I can buy everything again in the amount they have charged me for the move from NJ to CA. I know I cannot buy my personal items with that money but who knew the company is full of scam and fraudulent practices. All legal professional out there, please help customers get their items back or some compensation for their outrageous scam!
