North American Direct Services When I signed up to receive the magazine subscription I was told I would receive a $500 gift card that I never got.  Reno Nevada

Now the company is charging my card twice a month when the payment is for $29.90 monthly. I have tried calling the company at the number listed on billing at 1-888-762-7562 and it just hangs up. I want my my money back and $500 gift card but there is no way to contact these people

 When I signed up with North American Direct Service to receive their magazine subscription, they offered a $500 gift card that I never received. When I checked my bank statement it shows that North American Direct Service took 2 payment's of 29.90 for the month of July 2015. My payment should be for 29.90 monthly. When I tried contacting North American Direct Service at 1-888-762-7562 the phone just hangs up. North American Direct Service has scored an F with Better Business Bureau
