North American Direct Sweepstakes And Promotion Co (unclaimed Prize Division) Bobby Martins Tried to make me think I won $250,000. Las Vegas, Nevada

I was sent a letter by American Direct Sweepstakes and was instructed to call and activate the check that come with it. My first thought was that it was bogus and then I decided to call and find out. I called Bobby Martins and he activated the check and told me to deposit it in my account. I hung up the phone and went to the bank. I was very iffy about it, so I asked the teller to check and see if the check was real. They contacted Wachovia and the account number was fake. So I decided to report it. I am thankful I checked it first. People PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!!
