I was first called by this company on 1/16 in response to a marketing web site. I was contacted again on 1/29 by Chris Bowman or Bowmar.

He went through his sales pitch and had me listen to a recording. The initial cost was to be $495, but there is of course a special for $100 off to make it $395 to set up my web site.

I told him that I would have to think about it and do research on the company since I was previously scammed by such an offer.

What I know that can help those that were frauded:
The presidents name is supposed to be Robert Muzik and that they have been in busn. since 2005.
The following is very important for any ongoing law suits that may come about.

Keep copies of all of your checks/reciepts for any money given to them. Note the name of the company that cashed it and where it was cashed. Keep detailed logs on who you talked with, when, and what they said.

Keep records of any money recieved from them in your account; including the name of the company that wired the money to you. You may see that the name changes frequently.

There is an attorney in FL. that may be able to give you a referal for an attorney in AZ that will help.

If you do find an attorney, the best action may be a RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations) suit, not a class action. In any case, you will most likely have to all pitch in for a retainer fee.
