North american master lines is the most unprofessional ripoff you will ever deal with. Please beware.... they will rip you off. Pauline tomich is the main problem and scam artist. After dealing with timothy who booked our move and quoted us, we paid a deposit. My contract was for the amount Timoth quoted me based on his inventory of our home, he promised it would be company owned and operated trucks and that was the selling point I was promised. The mover showed up at our home 3 days late claiming their truck broke down, driving budget rentals. When I asked the driver about the company trucks he did not have answers for us, so we wanted to cancel our move. The driver said that I could not cancel through him that I would have to get the main office to instruct him, the office was closed, I could not get intouch with anyone after hours, the driver said if I did not continue I would loose my deposit. he asked if I wanted to forfit my deposit of $1647.00?. I could not afford to do that. The movers were at our home from 6pm until 6am the next morning, they did not complete my move, they did not pack all of my house hold goods as agreed. The driver insisted we would be over weight, I explained that my move was quoted by his company and was told it would be accuate. the weight was estimated by Timothy at north american master lines (not me) after he did inventory. The driver wanted us to pay for the over weight right then and there, I could not call the office to discuss this as they were not open...Hours later I called to discuss the many problems and was told I would get a call return from the one that handles these issues, Pauline. I never got a return call. I even called the warehouse and spoke with Kenny, he told me that he never heard from the office to pick up the remaining items that were left behind. After 4 days NOTHING> And this is only the beginning... This is a scam and I hope to find a lawyer that can help bring this to a hault. This is our families livilyhood all that I own. I saved the money of what I was quoted for this move. They will not deliver my move with out me signing a release of liability, which I will not do Until I have my complete move undamaged and all over charges removed.
