This is a terrible company. First, Rob Case called me from their FL office, telling me they had an A+ rating with the BBB. Turns out the FL office has a C+ rating. He agreed to everything I wanted--reduced the price, agreed to unwrap and assemble all of my belongings, agreed to deliver Aug 2, etc.He EVEN assured me they were "LOCKED INTO" that price and the price would not change. He got a detailed packing list from my storage company, so there should be no misunderstandings.

On Aug 2, I called about 10 times between 11am and 1pm and left messages, no one called me back. I just wanted to know when my things would arrive. When I finally spoke to someone they said they needed to send me a very impt fax to release my things and I must fax the form back immediately. At 6 pm someone called me and asked when I'd like my things the following day. (NO WORD of the fax) We agreed to meet at my new house between 10am and 12 pm AUG 3.

At 9 am on Aug 3, someone named Kevin called me and said, oh, by the way, we wanted to tell you we raised the price from $1500 to $2200 because ou had more stuff when we weighed it--more than the initial estimate. He continued saying, "Make sure you have a check" Apparently, he "low balled" the estimate, and so now it was $700 more!

At 11:30 the truck driver called me telling me he was 2.5 hrs away. turns out he arrived at 4:30! When he arrived he demanded cash ONLY. It was a Saturday, banks were closed. We offered a check or credit card and they refused. They threatened to leave with all my stuff. Then my husband blocked the truck with his car.

Finally after 1 hr, they agreed to take a credit card number. They wanted me to sign a clause under the cc info that said, "I will under no circumstance dispute this charge." I called me cc company, and they told me not to initial that part if I want to make sure my stuff arrived in good, working condition. When I refused to initial, the drivers closed and locked the truck.

SO I CALLED THE POLICE! The police came, I explained that I gave them the info they needed, but that it was my RIGHT to dispute any charges in case they were fraudulent, or in case I had items damaged. I HAD MANY ITEMS DAMAGED AND MISSING.  The police  immediately told them to unload the truck!! These people are criminals. They want cash bcause they want to run away with it.

I've left out all the misinformation they gave me and lies over the phone. One woman named Pauline refused to give me her supervisor after I asked several times. She said she was the highest person there. When I told the drivers that they laughed hysterically saying she was just another customer service rep.
