North American Movers Lost and Destoryed my property Woodland Hills California

In Oct. of 2008 I hiered North American movers to move us to MN. When they picked our stuff they droped a nightstand. Over all they did a good job they. Things got worse when they devieered our things on Thanksgiving day. They droped a nightstand and now the leg on it is craked, there are two boxes missing, they damaged a queen size matters, two over the tolit stands are damaged, one of the cabnits have a hole in the back of it, They craked the widshield of the remotcontrol car, a small wooded stand my son made for me is missing, some of the dinning room chairs are damaged, the bed is all dinged up, there are a lot of things that are broken.
I talked to them about a week ago and they told me that they should be done with the report on Friday. I tried to call them to see what they have come up with and they do not answer their phones. So I emailed them and I still haven't heard anything from them. We even feed them dinner the night they delivered our things.
