North American Power & Gas, LLC Price gouging Rhode Island Nationwide

I got suckered in, and I hate to admit it. North American Power & Gas is an energy supply company. Electric supply prices at first the price seamed reasonable at .7999 cents / kwh back in Feb 2014. I switched thinking I would save money - I was wrong. I noticed over the summer my rates kept going up while national grid's supply rates were going down. I finally made the switch in November when they were charging .1399/kwh delivery charge, and by the time they switched it back to national grid it was doubled at .1499. My last bill had their supply charges doubling the actual electric cost! This company is rediculous and they are price gouging customers. Be aware, and if you are a customer and want to cancel, don't fall for their lock-in rates; they are still higher than national grid. They also take about 2 months to switch back to your previous or new supplier choice, which is also crazy. I understand companies need to make money, but doubling the supply cost of what other companies charge (especially the power provider) is absurd.
