North Brevard Kia Deceptive Sales, Charges and no action run around Merriott Island Florida

I purchased a new KIA Sportage last March 2015 and included the purchase of XZILON GREEN protection.

I was told to send pictures and no pictures no claim. Now try taking pictures of a black car and be able to see anything in the paint. I tried with two types of camera's and would not show any spots.  I then returned a call to xzilon and was ntold the same, no pictures, no claim. I then stopped by the dealership, hoping they would look at it, and received nothing but the run around, except "have it detailed, make an appointment and we'll see what we can do! I called back today, and was told it was a new dealership and would not honor the agreement. I also ask why the contact was $2000.00 when most dealers were charging maybe $800.00. I was told they couldn't answer that question and gave me a telephone number to the privious

ownership. That was nothing but a solid runaround with a variety of other numbers to call and address.

When I finally found their web-site I read most was a rip-off business according to rip-off report.

I contacted again this number I had been given earlier and was given another number and no address of where I was to bring the car in to look at. Several calls, several answers, all different. The XZION Green contract states NO refunds, but I think if someone isn't going to make this contract good, then I deserve A refund, and if I was overcharged, then I should be refunded something. Also, if this "new dealer isn't going to recognize the other contracts sold me, I should be given a refunf as well.
