I purchased a Vehicle from North Hills Auto in the begining of the Year of 2011 The Vehicle Never gave me any problems what so ever. What gave Me problems was the Dealer. The firat week I had the vehicle the vehicle was seized by the Police and impounded due to North Hills were not the Registered Owners of that vehicle and did not have any right to sale the vehicle. I got the vehicle back and didnt have to pay for the impound. Later on My vehicle was impounded from My school/work, which according to me North Hills Auto had No records of my education or New Employment. I believed the vehicle has some type of tracking device that they dont tell you about. I was a few days late on my car payment and was my first time being late, the repossed my vehicle and demanded 1900.00 for to return the vehicle. I was able to get the money a week later to get the car back. Then just recently I graduated from school and was unemployeed, I spoke to the fiance Manager Richard and he was understanding of my situation i told him was goin to take car payment into them as soon as i had the money the day before i was planning t take the Money My car was repossed at 11:30pm! i was told the vehicle was to be at their lot but the vehicle nver got to their lot til the following day.

The sales people that work there including the MAnager Johnny are extermely rude. I feeel once there and never did they ask if i was okay or anything. I did not want to pay them again 2000.00 for the vehicle again. An Insider that works there claimed that vehicle is Completly paid off already and has been repossed many times not just from myself but from previous buyers. He said the company do that all the time and do people dirty and sees all kinds of shady stuff happen everyday there.

Meaning of "repossed"

"Repossing" means to take a POS car, fix it then abuse it until it reverts to POS status.

Huh ?

Just what on Earth does " repossed " mean ??  I've never seen nor heard of that word.  Yet you used it multiple times in your report, along with several other misspellings and grammatical mistakes.  From exactly WHAT kind of school did you just graduate ?  Grammar school ???

The word for which you are looking is undoubtedly REPOSSESSED.  Unless you learn the English language, you'll be getting ripped off for the rest of your life.  Don't believe me ??  Just look at the THOUSANDS of reports on here from functional illiterates who have been ripped off constantly for their entire lives.  But, naturally, none of them believe that the vast majority of the rip offs are due to their inability to read their contracts, notifications, warnings, forms, etc., etc.  And, of course, that is precisely WHY they are getting ripped off time and time again.

Learn the English language, unless you really enjoy losing your money and posting illiterate reports on here.

Why buy a car you can't afford?

AUTHOR: James MK - (USA)

POSTED: Saturday, December 24, 2011

It is not clear from your report what the $1900 charge was for and if it constitutes a ripoff but regarding the repo you *were* late so it was to be expected. Until it's paid off a car belongs to whoever finances it and usually those people don't like it when no money comes in as the vehicle keeps losing value by virtue of being driven every day. So they take it back and then charge you towing and impounding fees on top of the payment. You could avoid this by arranging for a car loan with your own lending institution. If you don't qualify for that then maybe you should settle for a more modest vehicle, if you are unemployed what use do you have for $2,500 worth of tires and mag wheels?
