North Plainfield NIssan SCAM WARNING!! North Plainfield NIssan WARNING!!!

If you are in the market for a new NISSAN then this is a WARNING you should take very seriously!

NORTH PLAINFIELD NISSAN NJ!!!

Its a very simple warning but one that will save you time, effort & most of all your self respect. This NISSAN store is a typical LOW CLASS store that has absolutely no reason to exist.

Do NOT allow yourself to even consider buying or leasing there as what you will go through will be nothing less than mental TORTURE.

In most cases the purchase of a car is difficult enough, but to go home and find out that products were sold to you with out you knowing or even being told of the sale and then CHARGED thousands of dollars extra is simply devastating.

Then when confronting management and trying to remedy the fraud committed by that dealership you find that they are more than ready to continue and ABUSE that same customer as if it was a continuation of the actual sale of the vehicle.

You then do a double take and ask yourself, is this really happening in this day and age? The answer regrettably is categorically YES!

What then? You turn around and ask, what is your recourse? The answer is to not consider defeat. they will ABUSE you verbally and you may cower BUT DO NOT!

YOU will WIN!! The worst thing you can do to CON MEN and SCAMMERS is EXPOSE them.

"In most cases the purchase of a car is difficult enough, but to go home and find out that products were sold to you with out you knowing or even being told of the sale and then CHARGED thousands of dollars extra is simply devastating."

What you are describing is standard practice in the industry.    The finance guy makes his living by selling you a bunch of crap that you don't need, and playing with the numbers on the contracts.

but to go home and find out that products were sold to you with out you knowing or even being told of the sale and then CHARGED thousands of dollars extra is simply devastating."

How is it that this suddenly became apparent at home, yet not when you were signing the contracts?   The usual answer is that the contracts were signed without having read them.

Third File a small claims action"

Unless you're alleging forgery, this will not do much good.   The dealer will show up with contracts with your signature on them.   In court, a written and signed contract takes precedence over "He told me this" or "He told me that".

Like I said, I have no doubt you were sold things you did not agree to buy (verbally).  I've never purchased a vehicle where the finance guy didn't try to sneak things into the contract.  It's something that you have to watch out for an any car dealer.    They know that once you've signed on the dotted line, there is not much you can do about it other than complain.
