If you own a property and are thinking of using a company to mange your property, DO NOT use this company. - Since this company was used, our property suffered from unknown nickle and dime costs that the company put on every month to the owners - Our property fees continued to go up and the owners continued to pay more money as much as double every 3 months - They have so called "contractors" that without authorization from owners will simple work work that can be done 40% cheaper and done so in several incidents and change a kidney - When a crisis occurs they do not take care of them and gives excuses. - A lot of surprise fees came into the picture since the company was used and they continue to use "bully" approach to say the charges are right. - When called into their office, they act like we are bothering them even though they are obligated to take all calls and you are paying their fees. - The property is never taken care of properly. They never even visited our property on a regular basis to see what the problems are. I do not recommend these people what so ever to work with. They will burn your cash and take you for a ride. The report against North Point Management is a fradulent report filed by a competitor. If you read the facts, it is clear that the "person" is making false statements as the facts allegaed are impossible based on how a condominium operates. Specific examples include:
1. The claim that North Point can raise fees and that "owners continued to pay more money as much as double every 3 months". Per the condominium governing documents and NH State Law, the Board of each Association adopts an annual budget and is the only group that has the authority to raise fees. It is impossible for a management company to raise the monthly condominium fees for any association.
2. The writer states "suffered from unknown nickle and dime costs that the company put on every month to the owners". North Point Management uses a system where each Board sees and approves all invoices every month before they are paid. As such, the Board sees and has to review al North Point invoices prior to payment. As such, it is impossible that an Association be billed and pay for unknown fees as they would have had to approve the release of payment. It is also important to note that North Point's fees are based on a fixed agreement entered into with each Association.
3. "A lot of surprise fees came into the picture since the company was used and they continue to use "bully" approach to say the charges are right." Again, this is impossible since each Board sees and approves all invoices prior to payment. I WOULD ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO SPEAK WITH OUR REFERENCES AS THEY WILL PROVIDE A TRUE PICTURE OF THE SERVICES WE PROVIDE.
4. "They never even visited our property on a regular basis to see what the problems are." Contrary to this false claim, North Point actually provides a detailed site inspection report that incorporates pictures and notations after each site inspection. These reports are emailed to the Board before we leave the property to ensure they are aware of the issues seen and any comments we have on the property. AGAIN, THESE REPORTS ARE PERFORMED BASED ON THE CONTRACT WITH EACH PROPERTY.
5. "They will burn your cash and take you for a ride." THIS CLAIM ALLEGES THEFT AND IS EXTREMELY AGGREGIOUS. Per the condominium governing documents and NH State Law, only the Board can approve expenses, contractors and make any of the decisions for an Association. Since the Board's we work with see and approve al invoices for their Associations, it is impossible for North Point to "burn cash" as alleged.
I WOULD ALSO WELCOME THE INDIVIDUAL WHO WROTE THIS "REVIEW" TO PROVIDE THEIR TRUE NAME AND CONTACT INFORMATION SO THAT ANYONE CAN SEE THE REAL BASIS FOR THEIR REVIEW. I HOPE THAT ANY POTENTIAL CUSTOMER WILL TAKE THE TIME TO SPEAK WITH OUR CURRENT CLIENTS AND TO SEE THE SYSTEMS WE UTILIZE WHICH PROVE THAT THIS REVIEW IS FRADULENT.

* We adhere to and have been certified by CAI as adhering to the strict CAI ethical guidelines.
