North Shore Agency - Prevention Magazine ripoff fradulent billing Westbury New York

Prevention Magazine and North Shore Agency should be sued. I have never heard of Prevention Magazine, but they are billing me through North Shore Agency for a subscription. By reading other peoples posts on this site, I am not even going to call them. Here is a copy of the letter I am mailing to them.

This letter is to inform North Shore Agency, Inc. that a debt of $14.97 from Prevention Magazine is disputed in the full amount. This letter is also to inform North Shore Agency, Inc. to cease and desist contacting me unless North Shore Agency, Inc. can furnish proof that I, THE SCAM VICTIM, subscribed to Prevention Magazine. I am writing this letter within the prescribed 30-day notice of receiving a statement from the North Shore Agency and notify your office that the debt is not valid. As stated on the front page of your letter, "were sent two issues of your new subscription and your free gift from our client.", this is totally an incorrect statement.

A subscription to this service would have been fraudulently obtained by Prevention Magazine as I have never requested a subscription, I have never received an issue and I have never received a "free gift." Please verify this debt and mail me a copy of your finding as stated on the back page of the North Shore Agency statement.
