This is a warning to anyone doing business with North Shore Leasing & Funding Inc. This company has been stealing money from companies recently. His employee, Holly is a friend of mines and she told me the owner stephen kelly is about to file bankruptcy so he is keeping any monies he can get. I am taking him to court now. This guy is about to flee the country.

if anyone is thinking of doing business with him PLEASE DO NOT DO IT. He is holding almost 10,000 dollars from me. I called and spoke to him about getting a refund. He flatly stated he don't care, he told me to go f$%$ myself. Clearly, this guy not doing business anymore. No one would say or do something like this if they wished to continue doing business. PLEASE DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.

Hi, I am the "Holly" reported in this complaint. Which, is Mr. Johnson's interpretation of my name and not correct. But, if we were "friends" he would know that. More importantly, the "Joe Johnson" making the claim is not the real name of the person making the claim either. His name is Mohammed Ashan Ali and his business name is M.A.A. Retail Enterprises Inc. (website www.expressmulti.com). As he submitted to us on his credit application.

Our 16 year record in business speaks strongly for itself. We do not last long in this business performing as Mr Ali complains. The financial status of the owner of North Shore Leasing is in no danger and this company is not going out of business.

It is our intolerance of fraudelent credit applications and requests for equipment financing that keeps our business alive. Such as the request from Mr. Ali. It is such requests that put many companies, such as ours, out of business and further hurt our ailing economy.

Mr. Ali requested over $50,000 from us which we approved and were ready to fund. As most leasing requests do require first and last payment in advance, it was no way near $10,000 that Mr. Ali is stating. It was about $3,000. An amount well earned per the terms of our contract with him. In addition to our contract making it clear that advance payments are non-refundable. They are certainly not refundable and are non-negotiable in the event of fraud.

We have many recorded conversations with Mr. Ali along with his violent threats on record as well.

If you're going to report defaming accusations, they should at least be investigated first.
