Terrible experience. BEWARE OF NEWMAR AND NORTH TRAIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT. My new 2015 has been in for a total of 3 mos. for repairs during the past 12 mos. This RV is a lemon.
This is our 10 RV and this one has had more problems then putting the last 10 together. I have also needed to bring it back for items that they were suppose to fixed the first, second and third time. They are not skilled in doing the repairs. The sat. dish never worked and they have looked at it, fixed it over 6-7 times. Still not working. Been there now for 3 weeks and most of items have NOT been fixed. I have last 3 mos. of enjoyment never mind the time to drop off and pick it up and the monthly cost. Purchase a tent you will have a lot more fun then I am.
Very disappointed and spent 300K. Don't buy new, I am sorry I did.

BEWARE OF NEWMAR AND NORTH TRAIL RV, FT. MYERS, FL Now it has been 4 mos. that they have had the RV for repairs. Pick it up with several damages done and poor workmanship on some items they did. Still not done with warranty issues and damage done when they removed all leather products-i.e.- Couches, dinette. The leather was defective and then they replaced it with a less quality leather, different ugly color with no piping like the orginial had. Hire an attorney and Newmars Atty. Glen Duncan, is the most unprofessional attorney I dealt with and I have dealt with many being in the Real Estate Business. They will not repair the damages which I have recorded in writing and signed by NOrth Trail. They will not honor the remaining items on warranty. ALL RV OWNERS- THEY TRY TO HIDE UNDER THE LEMON LAW IN FLORIDA, BUT WE ARE COVERED UNDER THE FEDERAL LEMON LAW MAGNUSON-MOSS WARRANTY. IT COVERS LEGAL FEES,ETC.
I purchased a Winnebago year ago and it needed to go back to the factory. Winnebago picked it up, returned it and paid me for mileage put on the RV by taking it to Indiana, paid for my loss of usage and paid me an extra month.I didn't need to hire a lawyer and waste my time. they are professional and I spent 1/2 the funds on the purcahse. Newmar Rv are expensive and built with low quality products. By Winnebago at least they stand behind their products. I wouldn't purcahse thru North Trail becuase they have incompetent techinicains. I will bring an update will the court action I will be taken with both companines noted above. IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE.
