Do readers believe your home and personal space should be invaded and searched by an uninvited corrupt individual? What about when you are 3000 miles away? What about when you never met the person? Many people say it feels like Rape when their home is broken into. She has Nightmares and feels she was RAPED! Because of his illigal actions. I think most would agree read on:

After much persistence in several current criminal cases against Ron Belec and North West Legal we have made some progress. Police corruption is rare. However, when you deal with a corrupt President of an company and organization, it is easier to find corrupt law enforcement officer. Many readers may wish to read which conduct should be acceptable from law enforcement personnel. Never ... ever... walk into a police station by yourself to file a complaint. Civilian testers have shown that you may very well be arrested or harassed for doing so.

Police complaints are generally used to put a report of abuse onto an officer's record, so as to hopefully keep the officer from continuing to abuse his or her authority or to help show his or her superiors that there is a problem with the individual that needs to be addressed.

Corruption can be broken down into two sections, internal and external corruption. Internal corruption is the illegal acts and agreements within a police department by more than one of the officers. External corruption is the illegal acts and agreements with the public by one or more officers in a department.

For a corrupt act to occur, three distinct elements of police corruption must be present simultaneously: 1) misuse of authority, 2) misuse of official capacity, and 3) misuse of personal attainment. It can be said that power inevitably tends to corrupt, and it is yet to be recognized that, while there is no reason to suppose that policemen as individuals are any less fallible than other members of society, people are often shocked and outraged when policemen are exposed violating the law. The reason is simple. There deviance elicits a special feeling of betrayal. Most studies support the view that corruption is endemic, if not universal, in police departments.

The danger of corruption for police, and this is that it may invert the formal goals of the organization and may lead to "the use of organizational power to encourage and create crime rather than to deter it. General police deviance can include brutality, discrimination, sexual harassment, intimidation, and illicit use of weapons. However it is not particularly obvious where brutality, discrimination, and misconduct end and corruption begin.

My girlfriend feels like she was RAPED. Wouldn't you feel the same?

This is Yves Julian Cauvin attempting to - Well what is he doing anyway?

To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing in support of the petition of Ron Belec, Michael Creel, and Marcia Smith for a civil order of protection against Julian Cauvin. Mr. Cauvin is currently the subject of a criminal action filed in King County Superior Court (cause no. 08-1-11633-2 SEA). I am the deputy prosecutor assigned to this case.
It is anticipated that Ms. Smith will be needed to testify in the trial that may occur in the coming months in the above-referenced action. Mr. Belec and Mr. Creel have provided useful information regarding Mr. Cauvin's actions and behaviors. Ms. Smith, Mr. Belec, and Mr. Creel have reported to me that they believe they have recently been subjected to harassment by Mr. Cauvin, and their reports to me bear the ring of truth, though further investigation is warranted before additional criminal charges are filed.
I believe it is appropriate, under these circumstances, for a civil order of protection to be granted to them. It is my hope that such an order would discourage Mr. Cauvin from engaging in any further acts against these individuals, would provide them with some well-deserved peace of mind, and would allow the justice system to move forward on the above-entitled action more effectively and efficiently.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me at (206) 296-9010 or by e-mail at david.seaver@kingcounty.gov. Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,

David Seaver
Senior Deputy Prosecuting Attorney
Criminal Division
