An actual average citizen wouldn't condone Mr. Cauvin's actions. It's very clear to anyone, including law enforcement, that Cauvin has launched a public smear campaign against a victim of a crime HE COMITTED, a witness to that crime, and an investigator of that crime.

Mr. Belec's Harassment (as you call it) of Mr. Cauvin's stems from Mr. Cauvin's long history of evading law enforcement and process servers. I assure you, if you were a victim of Mr. Cauvin, and you used a process server that isn't as aggressive as Mr. Belec, you would never get Cauvin into court.

While you may find it entertaining that Mr. Cauvin is harassing the people involved in his prosecution, rest assured, the courts will not.

You should choose your heroes a bit more cautiously.

To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing in support of the petition of Ron Belec, Michael Creel, and Marcia Smith for a civil order of protection against Julian Cauvin. Mr. Cauvin is currently the subject of a criminal action filed in King County Superior Court (cause no. 08-1-11633-2 SEA). I am the deputy prosecutor assigned to this case.
It is anticipated that Ms. Smith will be needed to testify in the trial that may occur in the coming months in the above-referenced action. Mr. Belec and Mr. Creel have provided useful information regarding Mr. Cauvin's actions and behaviors. Ms. Smith, Mr. Belec, and Mr. Creel have reported to me that they believe they have recently been subjected to harassment by Mr. Cauvin, and their reports to me bear the ring of truth, though further investigation is warranted before additional criminal charges are filed.
I believe it is appropriate, under these circumstances, for a civil order of protection to be granted to them. It is my hope that such an order would discourage Mr. Cauvin from engaging in any further acts against these individuals, would provide them with some well-deserved peace of mind, and would allow the justice system to move forward on the above-entitled action more effectively and efficiently.

I thought you had enough intelligence to know you have re-read the post to know the questions. (my bad) I don't have patients for incompetent people, it has always been one of my faults.

I take it by the (Cauvin) thing in your title post above you think I am MR. Cauvin. As I have said in other posts on this website I do not know you, nor you me. I happened on to this website and started reading about the low life way that you do your job.

My goal here is to encourage people not to do business with somebody that will stoop to levels that you will go to. There are better ways and better people that can get the job done just as well without all the unscrupulous deeds that you attain to. Never, have I, or any process server, ever said that we could enter a residence to serve process. We cannot and do not.

We may, and in fact do, knock on doors and windows, climb fences and the like, honk horns, and just about anything to get the attention of the resident so that we may serve them, but we do not enter into a residence or a building not open to the public. That is the law as quoted above.

Contrary to what you may think, private process servers serve one hell of a lot more process than any Sheriff's office does, yes even in Cowlitz County. Hell we serve many papers there every week. The Sheriff Civil Unit serves 9 AM to 5 PM in most cases and cannot get the job done in close to 90% of the papers assigned to them, that is why we, private process servers, exist.

Sorry, you are 100% wrong in thinking that a process server cannot do as you say, the law allows a Process Server to do just that when and where required and the police cannot do a thing to stop it.

If the defendants would answer their door or make themselves available for service of legal process those efforts would not be required.

such as climbing over locked gates and going through back yards and all the other low life things that you do like harassment, phone harassment, etc.

Climbing over a locked gate into someones yard is against the Constitutional Rights of the people. It is called trespassing. I believe Wa. State is the only state that allows you to trespass in such ways. But again I say if someone were to challenge you in court for trespass, you Pal, will LOSE!

A Process Server may not only approach property, but can remain there as long as it takes to serve the courts process. In fact the police cannot make a Process Server leave either.

This defense applies only if the actor did not enter into a private residence or other building not open to the public and the entry onto the premises was reasonable and necessary for service of the legal process.

As stated before I Y. Julian Cauvin. The one Ron Belec makes false claims about. As far as one of my past lawyers, he is suspended for medical reasons. As always Ron Belec he fails to mention that. As for my pending charges, they were perpetrated by Ron Belec and his co-conspirators. Check out Bellevue police department, Washington Secretary of State and Shoreline Police department and ask about the file they have "currently" going on Ron Belec and his co-conspirators.

Ron Belec's method when suing someone is to get them arrested and then serve court papers to them. That's how cowards do things. He knows once a person is in custody, they can't make it to court appearances. Therefore default judgments are awarded.

Ron Belec knows the walls of his criminal enterprise are coming to an end. His notary will soon be suspended for his continual misconduct and soon he will be pleading guilty for his illegal actions.

He fails to mention my case will be settled as I will be Testifying on several cases against him and others. Including, police corruption.

About myself, I do have somewhat of a checkered past. Regrettably, close to 20 years ago I had a domestic violence offense with an ex girlfriend. I regret this immensely, went through counseling and have changed my lifestyle and attitude towards people who engage in that type of activity. I was also charge with writing a bad check to a casino.
Because of his jealousy and dislike for me, Ron Belec has been involved with manipulating attitudes and charges against me for the last 10 years. Including exaggerating and falsifying statements, I can only assume he does this with many people.

The sad facts are most people do not investigate the person doing the investigations; fortunately, it has become easier within the use of the internet.

He claims I have victimized many people; however, he has been only to find a small group, most who all know each other. This makes it easier to create a conspiracy. The recent groups of conspirators are all involved in the theft, forgery, burglary and vandalism of my home.

One of the conspirators was the drug dealer whom I purchase my drugs from over 4 years ago; he took a picture of me posted in on internet pretending it was current.
He also failed to mention that he broke into my home and stole $50,000 worth of things. The charges against me were filed.....After 2 of my homes were broken into and vandalized. They hoped I would be arrested and the criminal charges against all parties would go away. That is not the case. I had to contact outside law agencies, ones where Ron Belec has not "exchanged favors He failed to realize he cannot corrupt everyone.


While on parole He sent the picture to my parole officer, therefore violating my parole. (While on parole all that is needed is an allegation and your parole gets revoked or violated) After that method they used, I sat with my parole officers and gave them the extensive file on Ron Belec and his co-conspirators. Once they saw his record and history, they were prepared. Sure enough, Ron Belec attempted to sway my parole officer, when he was confronted with resistance; he hung up on the office. Please note these are facts all verifiable. Several of my past parole officers and myself are friends, including the one who sent me to rehab. I hold no grudges against people doing their job ethically. Ron Belec failed to mention I after I graduated from rehab began tutoring and volunteered for several agencies. (I was also a teacher while in prison and helped 12 students get their GED.) He also fails to mention I applied for and was accepted for law school. My goal will be to put corrupt criminals and conspirators like him out of business and in jail.

Unlike Ron Belec my volunteer work was out of kindness not for any gain. All his actions, including offering Free work for law agencies in nothing but a ploy for him to exchange favors.

Another Ron Belec NW Legal tactic was he entered onto my property, stole items, and then listed them on the judgment.....after they were taken. This is the same methods the SEC charges companies for backdating....A Crime


***Anyone who knows Ron Belec knows he will hang up on you the minute you don't agree with him or give him any type of resistance.****


I honestly regret the wrong things I have done in my pat. I do not blame anything or anyone for my behavior. I do believe people can change. It is unfortunate criminals like Ron Belec who knows how to manipulate the system in causing harm and havoc. Although he has had minor successes, he has failed immensely as I have always continued to grow and progress in my life. The satisfaction and what I have learned throughout the years I would not change. I am young, energetic, motivated and eager to grow and help others.

There is a story that is told two ways to build the tallest building. One is to build the building brick by brick. The other is to destroy all other buildings around. I have chosen to build mine piece by piece. Ron Belec has built his on deceit and destruction.Who is the bigger man?

I have no axe to grind with you. I just believe that the way you trespass against the Constitution of the United States of America is OUTRAGEOUS! And somebody should challenge you in a court of law. Washington State law DOES NOT supersede the Constitution.

Average Citizen

I just wanted to add one more thing. I am not a 6'2 250 pound person, I am an old fat grandma and a really nice person. The good people that worked with me as process servers are good, kind and decent people that I am proud to call my friends. We are regular people with a some times nasty job to do. We sometimes need to be creative and always work with in the confines of the law.

I also find it interesting that you have not put your name to this. If you truly believe in what you are saying, identify yourself, don't hide. People can say whatever they want and it does not mean that it is true. There is a book anyone can purchased called "The rules of evidence".

Considering that there are no responses to your statements it would seem that there is no basis for them, I could be wrong but silence can be deafening.

I very much doubt that they will, this is nothing other than a smear tactic against me and my company. Done by the real criminal in his attempt to scare me from testifying against him in his coming crimian case.
