Northam Loans - North American Loan Network unresponsive, dishonest, Jeremy Bebout cs representative, can't verify their promises Phoenix Arizona

I was contacted by Mike Wendland last December 2006 and was presented an offer that sounded really good as you were told you would make up to $200 per lead. They offered a website, which they did, an autoresponder of which I can't verify. They have different packages that you can purchase. I went with the most expensive one.

I had to contact the company to find out when my website would be working. They sent me a list of sites to post my website to, most would require additional fees to get listed. I realized really quick that this was not going to work as I was told. I emailed customer service in January requesting a refund. No response. I attempted several times with no response.

I then filed a dispute with my credit card, Chase. It tooks months and several letters and conversations proving that my money should be refunded. They finally decided that since they provided me a website they could not help me. Therefore, I am out over $7,000 and Northam Loans is still deducting $9.95 per month to keep my website running.

A complaint was also filed with the BBB in AZ and they could not get anyone from North American Loans to respond.

This has been a very expensive lesson. I am going to have to file bankruptcy because I am so far in debt. I would love to have some help in stopping this company from ripping anyone else off and getting my money back.
