The APPROVED Work on this person's house was to be ONLY a ROOF or Windows, It's been Over a Decade & I've underwent 2 more Emergency Open Heart Surgeries,as Well as 2 Failed NeuroSurgeries that have damaged My Memory. This Homeowner Cut a Side deal with "Frank", who was a Salesman/Foreman. It's right on the Contract,on the Front, where it says Submitted By : Frank & Under in Large Font is Accepted By : Then, I would sign The Contracts After I looked them Over for Mistakes. There was NO Trickery, Nor Fraud. Every Contract is Formatted the Same, as I had a Professional Print Service make 1,000 Copies. I had Never even known about this, as I was in & out of The Hospital having a total of 3 Failed Open Heart Surgeries, being rushed to The Hospital, just as Frank & this Woman,Who Again,I feel Extremely Sorry for, but she had cut a side deal with Frank with Me being in The Hospital, & then having to recover for 6 wks, it gave Frank the Time he needed to do This sort of Stuff Not Only to This Homeowner, but More.He robbed Every Cent I had in the Bank,he even Stole $67k from his wife's Mother's 4O1k . When I Tried to get in touch with Frank it kept going to Voicemail.

I finally went to my office & it was as if a Tornado hit My office! My Company Contracts Stolen,My Company Checks Stolen, Every Penny I had in the Bank-Stolen. His real name wasn't even Frank,it is Nick. All Authorities Couldn't find him. I was then getting phone Calls from Customers asking when their jobs were getting Done. I used All of My Personal Cash that I had in a Safe at My house to pay back All Customers that I heard from.

Getting back to this Horror story, This Homeowner & Frank cut a Side Deal, as I learned when I went Personally to this Woman's House. I sat there,as she tape recorded our Conversation. She & Frank made a deal that was Never Approved, Nor Seen,By Me, Nor was I ever Paid a Dime for this work. Frank was a 1099, so he wasn't under my Insurance, I feel Very bad for this woman,& if she was to tell the Whole Truth,She would have said, what I just Did. To me she Confessed that " Frank" was doing her job in between Sales Appts & getting whatever my subcontractors needed. If she is to be 100% Truthful, She would admit that she has NO Contract bearing MY Signature that such work was approved or Even known by Me. When I saw the DRAWING Frank made for WHATEVER He was building for this woman, I was in Shock. Any additions, Dormers,Extensions,etc. Anything requiring a Carpenter, I & She, if she had The work Done by MY Company Northeast Regional Remodeling LLC, Both of Us would have a Copy of The Architects Plans. I did Dormers All the time, I had an Architect that would do them for $500, & I NEVER,EVER Cheaped out & Didn't Have An Architects Plans. This is Someone's Home!

Frank Destroyed My Company. Destroyed a Company that I DO Have an A+ Rating w The BBB. All of My Clients Homes except this one & another that Frank had his hand in, Caused Me More Trouble than I ever wanted or Needed. I would Personally go to My Customers Homes, and if they Couldn't afford the Price of a New Roof, or a GREAT Siding Job, or a Great Window Job,All using Only The BEST QUALITY, I Never had a Good,Better,Best. It was The BEST For EVERYONE. If a Customer Couldn't afford For My Company to do the Work, I would do the Job at Cost, or I would take a Hit and Lose $$, as I Knew that w My Company,they wouldn't be Screwed. I Am VERY SORRY For This Homeowner, Extremely Sorry,But she Tried to Save $$ by NOT Going through My Company,but through Herself & Frank.
