Instead write a long complain I will attach a link where you can see clearly what this company is about. They using 3 different name operating under the same US DOT. They have over 50 complain online regarding the way they still your belong, they treat your house good etc. It is unbelivable they still in business.

I have a video evidence where a subcontractor clearly stated Mr. Michael Boston still my item, step on top of my furniture and load the van with no care and damage intentionally all my item. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!
