These are the biggest slick talking crooks alive. Went there to buy our first car and they took complete advantage of us. They reel you in, act like they're your friend, and steal your money. In the end we basically handed them $7,500 that was supposed to be a down payment and financed our entire car. What's worse is that they knew I was pregnant and my husband was the only one working. They even congratulated us, and pretended to care about our family. When we told them we wanted to purchase the warranty from the car company itself instead of financing it, Imrahn assured us that it was no problem, just call their "warranty company", cancel it, and they would refund the money in full back to the bank. When we did that, we got a credit of of $600 on a $3000 warranty. We didn't find out it was only a $600 credit until after it was cancelled. He promised to make a deal with the warranty company to get it back on- we are still waiting. Now, we're stuck paying out of pocket for repairs the car needs. In, short, stay FAR away from these crooks. They'll get you with nice barbecues and friendliness, but they're making a killing off of innocent people- why not be nice?
