Last year around December 2004 Ian Anderson (he is VP National sales agent of Pinnacle Management Group)

Come to my Shop and invite me switch to his company (Merchant services) to save money!
When he comes I say, "I have a contract with CTI leasing 4 years but I have 2 years ready" He says, "I will take care don't worry I do every thing for You"
I say, "If you can, I will switch" Because he show me how much money to save. And then He gives me the paper to sign but he doesn't give me any copy. when I ask he says, "I will send to you later on when every thing approved
Late on Jan 10 he sends Adis (work for Him) come to my shop and install new machine. I ask him, how about an old one He says, You will get a packet and mailing label to return on next week
But not like that!? End of the Month I still had to pay for the Old services with the contract is not cancelled
AND the New contract with Ian (1st National Processing and Northern Leasing) With 1st National they charge me two time money More than what he say !
I call Ian to tell him about that but he say I will Take care it for you. When I check in online banking every thing is same. I call him again. He doesn't answer. I think is had something wrong here?
I call him every day but only speak with answer machine!
I call his office they say he will be here at 5PM but when I call they is Closed? And the next statement come in I see every thing is same.
I call him but he doesn't return any call even when I have give him too many messaging. I think I have something wrong here about his Job. After that I close the account switch back to the old services Because He can't do anything For me like what he say before!
I call Norhter leasing They say they don't know that salesman? I return machine to them. After I close account, they can't take anything on my bank they call me too many times to collect money. I said sorry I don't owe you and wait to see if they sue me!

Dear Mr. & Mrs.
I was lied by a sales rep who did not reveal that he was not an employee of Northern Leasing Systems. , Northern Leasing Systems says "he was not our employee . . . and you must fulfill the Lease commitment of the lease agreement." That they said
I am a salesperson in a respectable business. My employment agreement states that if I lie to a customer I will be fired. Because Northern Leasing Systems does not hold accountable those who sale their lease's, doesn't this become entrapment? Wouldn't it be just as easy to fire dishonest salespeople as to collect money from people who were lied to get a signature? But this would substantially reduce Northern Leasing's Systems income, wouldn't it? So Northern Leasing Systems has performed an act of premeditated robbery in its failure to demand honesty from those who make the sale in their behalf. No business person would sign a three or four year non-cancelable agreement (while I had a Services with another Company is Total Merchant & CIT Leasing) without a promise to cancel the agreement anytime from a sale man. The salesperson deliberately played-down the power of the signature on the agreement, promising to make it go away.
No one knows a company better than its salespeople and if they say they can fix things why wouldn't I believe it? And, why should I be punished because of his lie? He ought to be jailed, right?
I just want 1 contract only , I can not have 2 machine or 2 contract when I need only one .(together is a copy of contract with CIT).
With the Sale man I think This man that did this to me was probably under instruction by Northern Leasing to do this to skirt the ruling of the Federal Trade Commissions and that is the reason they send out these "probably worthless" machines. And - Showing only 1 page of a 4 page lease with type too small to read (Of course they don't tell me about the 3 other pages). Not offering copies of anything signed (not till later anyway after they've had a chance to doctor the documents). Verbal assurances that "You can cancel at any time.
You all have the responsibility to stop these evils Sale man, and you all have to act on it. Bring a Justice to customer I know have Hundreds a victims out there they need you help them too .
