northern leasing trying to sue me for $15,000 new York Nationwide

 We were told our credit card machine agreement would be paid off and save money if we switch to them. They lied. We were charged more fees. They never paid off our agreement. We could never get in touch with our salesman. We could never get the company to call us back for any concerns or questions. We closed our business and had to cancel services . Now we are told we owe over $15,000 including their legal fees. They are telling me we will be sued and have to go to new York to court. We are in Louisiana. The kicker is, I didn't even sign the paperwork.
