On 8/22 I won an Ebay auction for a makeup set from Northern Minerals. I paid the $57 right then and there through Paypal. Two weeks later I emailed to see where it was and they said they were shipping it out that weekend. Lie #1.
I realized all their feedbacks were either neutrals or negatives. And it looked as though their shipping times were atleast 2 months so I waited patiently. Then I emailed the sellers and the company direct and they would NOT return my emails whatsoever.
I phoned the seller on 10/11 and he said he would ship it right out the next day (Lie #2) and I gave him all the information again. So I waited, again, then realized I still wasn't getting it so I tried to file with Ebay and Paypal and now it's too late, which I guess is why he lied about sending it out to make it past the 60 days. I phoned again on 11/1 and he said he lost the colors (Lie #3) and would ship it right out the next day (Lie #4), he even "promised". And,again NOTHING. They STOLE my money and my next move is small claims court.
The BBB is useless. SquareTrade is useless. Paypal is useless. Ebay is useless. If you've been ripped off by them too, file with the https://www.ifccfbi.gov/ and the http://www.usdoj.gov/usao/ak. I will be forming a website about them. Look for simliar name. This is not over.

I received my make up after 3 months. Patrick did the same thing to me as others have written here, telling me it will be shipped for months, he lost my colors..etc. etc. He said I would get extras for my long wait and I never did, but who cares now really. A few of the eye shadows weren't even sealed and dumped out into the bag. I had to wash everything they sent. It looked like a bad home job. I don't think their make up even compares to BE. And I actually bought NM on accident - I thought it was a BE auction! Funny thing, when NM was still on Ebay and I was waiting for my products I saw NM's past Ebay auctions from clicking on auction # thru Feedback (from sellers) and it showed that they bought BE products!!! Atleast 3 auctions I saw where they purchased their stuff!! What does that tell you?! Horrible they switched names now to Let's Face It. Or Alyeska or whatever! One of NM's eye shadow colors is named Alyeska too.......

I was also a victim of Northern Minerals and also added my own rip off report to this forum.. If you still have not received a refund or product from these people, please do a search on Northern Mineral on the Rip-Off forum and read all the updated info.. It may help you to force them to send you a refund. Don't give up! They have no right to keep your money. Good luck to you and everyone else who is owed money from Northern Minerals, owned by Patrick and Michelle Oliphant.
