Northern regal homes Brant Williams and Stephen Cameron Left roof vent off letting water in house. Did not find for 12 years when contractor was on roof. Also did not put roofing paper on roof causing severe damage to roof and inside of home. Mold in walls. Roy Utah

This contractor left roof vents off, roof paper off of roof both causing severe water damage and mold in house. Family members are and have been sick for very long time due to mold and unhealthy living conditions. Toilets not installed correctly causing one to leak under flooring. When called to repair they blamed it on us. But found out they were wrong and repaired. During repair vaused more damage to bathroom counter and would not fix. They filled basement floor drain with concrete and water backed up shorting out air conditioning unit 3 times before fixing. Overall construction of home was poor. Sprinkler system was installed and some of it was put on neighbors property. When asked to come out and fix worker treated my wife horribly and did not want to do Move sprinklers. This worker appeared to be under the influence of something. Drugs, alcohol, or ? most of the workers could not speak English Making it impossible to communicate with them.  Poor workmanship.
