Northern Services Debt Collection SCAMMERS Burbank California

This company claims to be a debt "mediator" - not a collection agency.  They have a robo-call system that has been calling 4-7 times a day for weeks.  The first time I talked to them they said it was regarding a $550 payday loan I took from Titan Group in 2007 or 2008 (10 years ago!).  They mentioned my address, and I have not lived at that home for 10 years.  I also have never taken a payday loan or heard of Titan Group.  I told them it was a scam and not to call again.  

I continue to receive several calls a day and today the story changed.  Supposedly it was for a $400 or $450 payday loan in 2013 (both numbers were mentioned in the conversation) - still from Titan Group.  It has now grown to over $1000 with interest.  They said I would have picked up the cash at one of 24 different companies who offer these services.  I supposedly authorized the repayment of the loan from my Wells Fargo bank account, but then it would not go through.  Again, I've never taken a payday loan or heard of Titan Group, and I also have never banked with Wells Fargo.  I asked for their address and state license number and the guy told me I'm asking too many questions; I need to not ignore this or it will go to collections; he's just trying to help me.  I basically called him a few choice names and he said, "Ma'am, is this really how you're going to deal with this?"  He sounded like a thug - very unprofessional.  Clearly not a real debt collector or "mediator" - haha!  I lost my temper and he said I "sound like one of those liberals."  What a bunch of slimeballs.

They call you from a local number, but then want you to call them back at 877-469-8580.  They probably have several phone numbers though.  They are total low life scammers just trying to get your bank account information.  I reported them to the FTC today.  There's no mention of them anywhere online and he would not tell me the company address or anything to verify they're legitimate, so they are clearly fake.
