Northpoint Construction - Ron McLane ripoff liar incompetent and dishonest Albrightsville Pennsylvania

NorthPoint Construction(Mr Ron McLane)took on a home addition in the Pocono Lake area for me in August of 2004. A 2 story addition(a garage on the bottom and a bedroom/bathroom on top).

Well after numerous problems(always someone else's fault) and straight out lies, in February 2005, after receiving most of his money, he just stopped communicating with me and did not finish the job.

About 85 percent of my addition was done. What was left is the uneven garage floor, the crooked (1 inch off from top to bottom) bathroom shower wall, the leaking tub, the open front of the tub that has to be finished off, the old garage door that had to be taken down and a window put in, and plenty of trimwork, painting, and caulking. I also had to put a coat of paint on the addition myself before winter. Good thing I did.

There are numerous other things that I should not have to do but I won't mention. Like cleaning up everything. Which I did myself and are still doing.

There was still approximately $700.00 left to pay him which he isn't looking for and that should give you an idea of the work he had left if he doesn't want that.

I have seen whole houses built in the time it took him to do what he did. But I guess if you have to have your wife holding T-111 up for you its no wonder.

In short, Mr. Ron McLane of Northpoint Construction in Albrightsville, Pa is a liar and a incompetent builder. He's also a thief as far as I'm concerned.
