I have had it with this company.  I also subscribed on their "special" deal of buy one get 6 free issues.  But have since had my account charged 3 separate times for renewals that I did not authorize and on two occasions explicitly declined.  Since the website only lists email contacts - to which no one responded - I Googled their phone number and talked with Nick Bruce who said it would take a week to refund my money since they only process so many refunds per day.  I suggested to him that would indicate to me they make a practice of fraudulently renewing subscribers.  I also told him that I was assured on two previous occasions that my account number had been removed from my subscription detail and this would not happen again.  But obviously the information was not deleted and it did indeed happen again. 

I would strongly suggest that no one gives this company their credit/debit card number unless they intend to agree to multiple subscription renewals.  I will never deal with this publisher again as I believe they make it a practice to commit fraud by renewing subscriptions without authorization and then use these fraudulently obtained funds to operate their scam business.

Be forewarned if you decide to do business with these people - they are scam artists.
