Northstar location services llc Scammers Cheektowaga New York

 I had a school loan that was paid off for 3 years my taxes were withheld and was used to pay off the loan for 3 years straight. I received a letter stating my loan was completely paid off in 2009. Recently I have received phone calls from this company called northstar telling me I need to pay them 6,152.88 for the loan I already paid off. Now I received a letter from them telling me to pay it completely or if I pay 367.27 by 11/29/2016 they will scratch off the whole debt. Which is actually ridiculous! If I continue to receive a letter or calls from these scammers I will contact my lawyer because I will not pay a dime to something I already paid off in 2009. And why are they contacting me now after 7 years clearly this is a RIDUCULOUS scam!
