In December 2008 I received 2 interview' phone calls inviting me to take part in their 6 Figure Streams Coaching Program. I said that I had no computer experience and was assured that all I needed to know was how to turn a computer on a how to move a mouse around.

Because of my inexperience with the computer I was given a 6 month course, instead of 4 months, costing an extra $1500. I paid $8000 for 14 sessions.

My mentor wasn't familiar with Windows Vista or Works and said he assumed that I was working in the correct program for the work I was doing.

The homework was to read other people's material, learn it and put it into practice. When struggling on certain topics TG suggested that I get professional help, namely someone from their company. I asked for help to set up my website. They charged an extra $1000 and only did half of the promised job.

Five months into the program I received the first link to help me learn about the computer. The link is only accessible to the USA and Canada so no good to me. When I questioned this, LF said it was not their responsibility. She also said that they don't normally take on newbies'. It was only then that I realized I had been working in the wrong program the whole time. Several other problems occurred.

I asked for a reimbursement and also asked how they train newbies' from other countries. LF said they would reimburse me for part of the program minus an administration fee. On 16 June LH informed me they will reimburse $2500 which I grudgingly accepted just to get some of my money back.

I have been following this up ever since. On 22 July LH said he wishes he could wave a magic wand' so that he could pay me, but it's not his responsibility. That belongs to the CEO.

I would like the full $9000 back.
