This was by far the worst car dealership experience I have ever had to deal with in my whole entire life. They set me up with Salesman Tony who never even offered me water or coffee. As soon as he saw me all he saw was a dollar figure on my face. He was only thinking about how much money he can extract from me rather than providing a quality customer service experience. I was going to buy a 2018 VW Jetta which if you go on their company website the dealership has them $4,500 off sticker price because they are last years model.

2019 is going to be all new from the ground up. Once I found the exact car I wanted and had a VIN # did Tony try to get me the best deal possible? Absolutely NOT! The man was a snake trying to extract every last dollar out of my wallet. He never even bothered to negotiate a price for the car first. Instead all he did was run my credit to see how large of a Loan the bank would give me. Once he saw the size of my loan he went ahead and wrote up a deal without my consent on how much I will be paying for the car.

He was trying to get me to pay full MSRP on last years model VW Jetta. Once I asked about the sales price on the exact same car with VIN # at first he played dumb. Then once I showed him on my smart phone that the sales was real he then changed his mind and said that it was only a cash price. The classic bait and switch technique. I wasted all my time going to Northtown VW trying to get a deal on a new car. This was the sleeziest car salesman I had ever had the misfortune of crossing paths with. So what did I do? This turned me off from the brand completely. Because Volkswagen literally translates from German to English "People Car".

It was a car that was originally intended by it's founder "Ferdinand Porsche" to be an affordable, reliable, practical car for basic A to B transportation. Northtown definitely did not life up to the standard. I left that crummy car dealership and bought a brand new Mitsubishi and they honored the online sales price because they were honest. Never shop at Northtown VW. They will rip you off. Even if you are low income and can't afford to be ripped off they don't have any heart at all. They will slash your throat for a larger commission. They have no soul
