I took a payday loan and agreed for Northway (CashTransfer Centers to take a loan payment out of my savings account (the same acct that my funds were deposited into). Funds were available on the day of payment however they claim my account (again, the same acct that they deposited funds into) couldn't be found. Now they want to charge a bunch of ridiculous NSF fees! Mysteriously, my loan agreement dissapeared from there website and no one at CTC can seem to find it. Go figure! I also faxed a copy of my bank statement using again the same acct# showing that the funds were available. No luck yet! They take advantage of people desperate to get there bills paid! Please don't do it!
