Cash Transfer Center - Northway Financial Executed a wage assignment without notifying me 20 days prior Sliema Malta

I am dealing with a company, Northway Financial Corporation LTD is the credit granting inst., however, they do business as Cash Transfere Center. They sent a wage assignment to my employer for a loan I had taken out with them. I was past due with my payment, however, they sent no notification to me certified or otherwise that they would be taking this action. In the state where I live which is Illinois and They must notify me 2 weeks prior to such action. Also the interest on the loan was greater then 36% APR which in Illinois means that they can not accept interest in my wages including but not limited to, a wage assignment

I am also an employee of a local unit of government and under Illinois PLRA they should not be able to take my wages without a court order. The funds were forwarded to 200-15225 104 Ave. Surrey, BC V3R-6Y8 by my HR dept. I had no prior knowledge of this until my paychec was conciderably short on payday.

What I am looking for is to first of all notify anyone intending to do business with this company of there tactics and to secondly find out if there is anything I can do at this point because the money is now in British Colombia.
