Trust me, I'm not proud of being in the position to have to rely on Payday loans to keep up with my bills right now. But that's the position I find myself in.
On October, 14, 2010 I paid off my debt to Northway Financial via a Moneygram in the amount of $298.96 following that company's instructions.
On October 15, 2010 they tried to help themselves to my bank account by debiting an additional $298.96. Fortunately my bank was able to work with me quickly to resolve this situation.
When I called Northway Financial, just to add insult to injury, their customer service representative, one Lea Lennox , was rude and dismissive on the phone.
