Joe and his team including a lot of his brothers and his father are always diligent, informative, respectful, hard working, honest, ethical, and professional on all of our projects.

We would love to have more vendors like Northwest Building Supply & Richmark Gutter.  They are always communicating thru the bidding process all the way thru the completion of any punch out list. We are so confident in each of these companies that we frequently have them meet with our clients with or without us as they and both of their companies values and ethics are line with ours.

When doing exterior work at my personal home I always want Joe's opinion. He and his team are experts in the field and have keen eyes for detail. Both companies follow up and make sure all parties are details are taken care of.

Hello Everyone,

Wanted to let everyone know that Northwest Building Resources Inc. DBA - Richmark Gutter Company again with piss poor work. Months ago we had problems with our downspouts leaking. We called in the problem and Richmark Gutter Company come out to replace. 

After the replacement of the 8-10 ft downspout I quickly noticed about 3 ft up from the bottome the downspout had been pieced together with screws and looked real tacky. I contacted the property management company and they put in another order to have it fixed.

Richmark Gutter come out a few months later and replaced the downspout with a whole one BUT 

IT WAS THE WRONG d**n COLOR...  HELOOOOOOOOO

For months my downspout was a brighter color and stciks out from the rest of the communitys all one color downspouts. It wasnt til recently when a board member come over to talk I showed him the downspout and he agreed that it was not right..

3 d**n TIMES TO REPLACE A DOWNSPOUT IS PATHETIC. THIS IS HALF A** WORK AT ITS FINEST..

Hi, Im a resident of condo community. Personally i am a prime witness of the scam of Northwest Building Resources. They actually done this bad.

As many have already seen the owner was caught in lies during depositions recently. Many months ago Northwest Building Resources- DBA- Richmark Gutter Company not only did piss poor work on our property but then slandered people very badly to try and cover up the worst poor work they did that they are being exposed. 

In one of his (owner) posts he even went as far as posting under authors name using Hilliard Commons to make it look like Hilliard Commons members were posting to defend him with a letter written by James Krajcik who is a board member but didnt get permission from the board to write a letter on their behalf. How fishy crap was that?

He did this to help his friend roger Lewis who is a salesman for Richmark Gutter Company and lives on site. Not only does he live onsite but getting paid 7%-8% commission severally for each of the three phase bide he puts in that his friend James Krajcik pushes to get through the board. 

So this company can’t be trusted anymore. They are just syndicating the business with different name. It is highly recommended that dont dare to trust on them. These guys are fake, spammer and liars.

As mentioned earlier the owner of Northwest Building Resources was deposed and told us under oath a couple of the lies and slanderous comments he posted about me was given to him by James Krajcik ( Past Condo President and Friend of their salesman Roger Lewis) And Roger Lewis their salesman...

After deposing the owner of Northwest Building Resources DBA Richmark Gutter Company and his manager of his gutter division we were not intending on doing any more depositions because we were done and ready for trial. 

The other sides counsel recently asked for a 90 day extension which will move our trial date up 90 days atleast. 

HERES THE FUNNY (SAD) PART..

NORTHWEST BUILDING RESOURCES INC'S OWNER TOLD US JAMES KRAJCIK AND ROGER LEWIS TOLD HIM SOME OF THE LIES HE POSTED..

AFTER DEPOSING JAMES KRAJCIK AND ROGER LEWS BOTH UNDER OATH SWORE THEY NEVER TOLD HIM THESE LIES/COMMENTS HE POSTED..

SO WHO'S LYING ?????

We do know phase 1 and phase 2 are done...

Roger Lewis their salesman and friend of James Krajcik former board president made out great with a 7-8% commision..

Oh yes here is another lie out of many we uncoverd again and I look forward to digging into it more..

Northwest Building Resources Inc's owner said in one of his slanderous posts..

" We were not the lowest bid but when you compared apples to apples" 

Now in deposition both Roger Lewis and James Krajcik said they were the lowest bid...

Oh yes and for the two bids they got for the contract...

Benchmark Roofing - Company who is on Real Property managements preferred vendors list and also the company they had come out and look over Richmark Gutter Companys piss poor work after it was done... They also listed them as a witness to this case..

For their other bid they had Rpm's Service department place a bid..

Hello Everyone,

It seems like the updates are getting more frequent but I guess that happens when your dealing with slobs like Richmark Gutter Company.  

After several months of being off work while another company come in and inspected their work Richmark Gutter company has recently started back up fixing some of their problems I exposed..

My condo was never completed fully and they were stopped about half way through. Last week when they finished my building I made sure they had plenty of room to work by moving my car across the street and made sure my newly stained deck gate was also open so they could complete their work. I spent several days double coat staining my deck and it looked fabulous. 

The day they did the back of the building I saw them bring a ladder and place it on my deck. (see pic) The ladder had dried mud and rocks on it. Being in a lawsuit I knew i wasnt allowed to speak to them directly so I made sure pics were taken. Anyone with common sense would know not to bring a ladder up on a deck that was just stained that had chunks of dried mud and rocks on it. 

BUT NOT RICHMARK GUTTER COMPANY...

THESE SLOBS NOT ONLY DID THE ABOVE BUT YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PICS HOW THEY SCRATCHED THE HELL OUT OF MY NEWLY STAINED DECK AND LEFT A MESS..

BUT HEY WASNT IT THE OWNER THAT SAID BELOW WHAT A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY THEY WERE...

RICHMARK GUTTER COMPANY IS A DIVISION OF NORTHWEST BUILDING RESOURCES...

I wont buy from these guys EVER again. They don't know how to treat customers!!

I wanted to let everyone know today 7-31-15 Real Property Management hired Benchmark Roofing to come out and repair the crappy work done by Richmark Gutter Company. The funny thing is the owner of Richmark Gutter company who lied in many posts below and lied to the public defending his crappy work saying how good it was just got called out on their crappy work AGAIN..

As mentioned earlier in posts below Richmark Gutter Company took a piece of splash guard and cut through the vinyl pushing this splash guard through it. 

The owner of Richmark Gutter Company knew this done and that it was causing problems for two owners. One occupant (listed beloe with pics) had fallen on ice that was caused by the overflow of this piss poor work. Another neighbr has had to have mold removed from his basement where they let the water run down there for a year without fixing it.

Oh yes and as you can see below by my post many months ago Richmark Gutter company owner called the occupant last year on a BLOCKED PHONE NUMBER telling her he would be out quickly to get it fixed and a year later finally a Real Professional Roofer from another company got the job done. As for his boss ( Benchmark roofing)I will post next week about his inspections he did here...WHAT A JOKE....

Not only do i have wittnesses to the conversations with Benchmark Roofings worker BUT I HAVE VIDEO AND AUDIO.....

I will not be posting it yet for a few days BUT I can tell you Benchmark roofings worker who was very professional and knew what he was doing said " I HAVE NEVER SEEN S$%t WORK DONE WITH SPLASH GUARD LIKE THIS BEFORE"

He also said the metal piece Real Property Managements maintenance put on a few days ago that I also exposed wasn't doing a d**n thing and was useless...

As many of you have been folowing this can now see richmark gutter company has done piss poor work. Last week Hilliard commons new board members did what I've asked the old board members to do for the last two years... COME OUT AND REVIEW THE 100K JOB BEING DONE...

After their short walk of the property it didnt take long for them to see what a piss poor job richmark gutter company did. Everythin I pointed out was true....

Contractor have confirmed also the piss poor work and now Richmark Gutter Company has been stopped from doing any more work until an outside company can come in and point out what needs fixed and how to fix it..

Here is the next problem....

Once the problems are pointed out who will fix them?. I will push hard for another company to come in and fix the problem and Richmark Gutter company to pay for that work to be done..

Richmaek Gutter Company was caught (by me) stealing electricity, torturing and removing wild Raccoons and more..

Oh yes and this is even more disgusting...

We give a 100k plus contract to the board presidnets friend (Roger Lewis)who is their salesman and all the board members and our management company (real Property Management) never even inspected this work...

3-4 weeks ago we reported how Northwest Building Resources Inc- DBA- Richmark Gutter Comnpany was caught and exposed for using homeowners electricity without permission for hours at a time..

Yesterday 5-14-15 Richmark Gutter Companys crews were at it again taking electricity for hours from homeowners they knew were not home and they didnt have permission to use...

Below is yesterdays picture showing electricity being taken and I will add the Columbus Police Department Report in the next couple days when it becomes available..

Yesterday Richmark Gutter Company was finishing phase 2 of our property. I noticed something out of the ordinary when a neighbor was leaving for work and Richmark Gutter Companys Employees had to move their truck from blocking her driveway.

As soon as the neighbor left and they moved their truck they quickly pulled the truch just past the owners property and immediately started running their cords for their power equipment to the front and back of her condo using every outlet available. I quickly grabbed mty camera and took pictures. I also called a few neighbors and friends telling them the story and asked them to wittness this also.

HERES WHERE IT GETS EVEN BETTER....

Around 3-3:30 pm in the afternoon as kids started getting home and care moving around the property Richmark Gutter Companys crews quickly started unplugging all power equipment and immediately plugged them into the back of their own trucks and ran off the trucks for the remainer of the time they were here...

AS AOON AS THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY GOT HOME I IMMEDIATELY WENT OVER TO SPEAK TO HER AND ASKED HER IF SHE SPOKE TO THE CONTRACTORS AND GAVE THEM PERMISSION TO USE HER ELECTRIC FOR HOURS....

HERES WHAT SHE SAID.....

As I was leaving for work today they were just pulling up and had my driveway blocked. When they saw the garage door opening they moved their truck for me to leave. They never spoke to me or even asked to use my electricity.. " IM VERY PISSED"

As everyone can see Richmark Gutter company has been caught in numerous lies and even libel/slandered a man with comments they knew wasnt trus. Then after being exposed they quickly went and posted how much their business has grown and that they are making over 100K on this job alone...

Recently Richmark Gutter Company ( A Division Of Northwest Building Resources) started phase 2 on our condo complex.

Phase 2 consists of gutter work and air vent placed in the soffits.

Here is what caught my attention... I have lived here about 7 years and the ventilation in our attics is BAD.. The upstaris can be 20-30 degress hotter than downstairs and one of the main reasons for this problem is ventilation. Our soffits have small metal vents in them but not enough.

I noticed Richmark Gutter Company was installing Soffit Vents and I was very excited UNTIL I SAW HOW THEY WERE DOING IT...

First off the small vents we have already that arent doing the job are being covered by the soffit vent panels. I thought something didnt seem right and also I noticed some on the new panels installed were already bowing out with gaps. Some panels were installed and they had to smack them into place because they were tight..( not allowing for expansion)

I took photos of some of these areas ( see attached pics) and sent them out to roofing contractor forums to get their opinions to see if I was right..

Soffit Problems... HELP.....

That's fine adding vented soffit but how's it going to work with soild plywood behind it?
I would have removed the plywood or at least makes two passes with a ciruler saw and removed the center section.
The very best way to deal with that unfinished outside, would be to have removed the gutters and wrapped the fashias in coil stock in the shape of an L with an 1-1/4 leg at the bottom after the soffit material was installed then reinstall the gutters.
Second best would been to used 1/2 J molding on both ends not just the one side like you have now.
Need 1/2 J so the soffit has no room to vibrate in the wind.

Soffit Problems... HELP.....

As well as removing plywood you have to make sure air can flow up and on top of the attic insulation. You may need to install insulation stops. I prefer this style for reno work as you can slip them up after you remove the plywood.

Yes. Several. But they have already been mentioned.

How would you, or anyone, expect venting to occur within a solid soffit unless properly cut holes are in it for the perforated vinyl soffit to be justified in using? In your pic, there are no means for passive venting, but this also entails properly installed ridge or gable vent/s in order to work properly.

I also spoke to one contractor by phone and he was shocked at the work being done and the problems with the ventilation. He couldnt believe this company got the contract but after explaining the a resident down the street (Roger Lewis their Salesaman) was a very good friend of the board president and he said " That explains it say no more, Someone is in Someones back pocket.

If you Google- Richmark Gutter Company you will see their ripoff report which clearly shows their piss poor work and many lies they stated on the internet. The lies were so bad and libelous we were forced to file a lawsuit .....

Also when you look at the Richmark Gutter Companys ripoffreport you will see a letter from the Board President James Krajcik who not only wrote a letter as a board president ( Notice Not on the Associations Letterhead) but gave them a letter of how good their work is. This is so funny because I asked a couple board members if they knew about this letter and they said NO....

James Krajcik -Hilliard Commons Board President- Is also good friends with Richmark Gutter Companys salesman Roger Lewis who lives across from him.....
