I placed my order with Northwest Glass Art on June 11th after months of deciding exactly which item I wanted. My credit card info was given, and a hold was placed on the funds in my account in the amount of my order.

After almost 3 weeks and 3 emails later, my order status still says "processing" but I have yet to receive my order or a response to my multiple emails to this company. After visiting this website, I have learned at least that the person responsible for this aweful customer service is someone named "Greg". I originally wanted to add additional items to my order, my sister-in-law wanted to place an order, so I wanted to take advantage of combined shipping and the "free lollipop pipe" advertised on the website for orders over $50. I am at a loss for what to do at this point. I've sent 3 emails to this company, and the only response I have gotten is a hold placed on the funds in my bank account for the amount of my original order.

If you find this person "Greg", please tell him his customer service needs some serious work, and ask him to contact me to resolve this.

NOW LIKE I SAID BEFORE I AM TIRED OF THIS. I AM OBTAINING ALEGAL COUNSIL AND ALL OF YOU WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. LET THIS PLEASE SERVE AS A WARNING TO ALL OF YOU. That's a good one!!!! #1 - my dad's been dead about 10 years, so I doubt I tried using a card in his name. Do you even know my Dad's name?? #2- I asked my wife to order from you using MY DEBIT CARD, WHICH WAS CHARGED 6-11-05 AND I CAN PROVE THAT!! #3- I, as well as countless others on this site, have had to file numerous reports against you. I have sent no less than 9 emails to you. Do you have any respect for any of your customers? I expect an answer to this. Since you were so QUICK to point out the falacies above, maybe you will be quick to tell me why I haven't received a single email response from you. I have to log onto this site daily, and your site daily, (which still says my order is processing) to see if I'm ever going to receive my order. I have filed a report with the IFCC which is the FBI's internet fraud division. I encourage others who are having the same difficulty with this company to do the same.

By the way, Greg, why does my order still say processing, and if there's a problem, why haven't you answered even ONE of my emails????

Still no contact after one month!!

Well It's been a month since I placed my order with Northwest Glass Art and my account was charged the same day I ordered. By now I have sent 6 emails to "Greg" at Northwest Glass Art, and have still not received a response or my order. I see others on this site have received their orders after filing a complaint on this site. Why am I STILL waiting???? I was supposed to receive my order in 7 days like everyone else, but my order continues to say, "processing".
My order # is 6915 placed 6-11-05
