Man I wish I saw this site before I ordered from NorthWest Glass Art. I Placed and order with them early yesturday liking the products they had for sale. I also purchased overnight shipping wanting my product today. I kept checking all day and I realised it just kept saying processing. This was a little strange considering the fact that I ordered overnight shipping.
After waking up today, I went on the site to see if it was shipped. To my disatisfaction it still said processing. Then I stumbled along this site. After hearing all the bad things about this site it really got me worried. Ive sent them a few emails and no response. Greg plz send me my product. If you will not I will have to file a claim. I want my money back if you are not going to send it.
Plz respond Greg because all these negative posts are dropping a huge blow on your company. All I want is the thing I ordered and nothing will be wrong. Please dont make me file a claim.

If you werent using your mothers (JOAN) credit card, your items would've been shipped. WE DO NOT RESPOND TO FRAUDULANT CREDIT CARD USER'S EMAIL!!!! WHY WOULD WE? PLEASE EVERYONE TAKE NOTE. Almost every complaint is of that nature. IF IT WAS YOUR CARD YOU WOULD KNOW IT WASNT CHARGED.
