Norton has billed be $75 for a subscription renewal on a computer I haven't used in months. I won't connect to the internet and the anti-virus software never worked 100% correctly to begin with. This must be a common problem because there are several links to solving this problem on thier website. According to their website, the approximate hold time is 1 minute and I have currently been on hold for 37 minutes. I am sure Norton hopes people won't notice this $75 on their CC, but they didn't slip past me.
