Norton Law Group - KYLE NORTON ESQ. SCAM ARTISTS OAKDALE, CENTRAL ISLIP New York

 My wife and I went to this lawyer for help with a loan modification, we were told by Kyle Norton and his mouthpiece Kevin that the offer made by our bank for a modification directly to us was low and they could guarantee a much better outcome if they handled this case. they gave us an estimated monthly morgage payment that they say they could achieve which was much lower than what our bank first offered.   told Norton that our bank does not participate in Making Homes Affordable program through the goverment and even did some digging to find out who exactly was my lender (my morg company Citimorgage was just a servicer). well fast forward about 4 months and several thousand dollars in legal fees later and we get a letter from Norton saying the best they can do is what i originally had offered to me and Oh by the way you owe us another several thousand for our effort.  after checking with my bank officals, who claim they only heard from this law group once in 4 months and looking at the (LOL) itemized bills from Norton, i realized they were doing nothing and padding the bill to string me along. when i called to speak to Norton i was told i had to make an appt for a telephone conference which i did 3 times and everyone was either cancelled or never called. i have since cut these jokers loose and reported them to the ny att general and am in the midst of dispute process to not pay them for the work they didnt do.  PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE...stay as far away from these guys as possible, they will promise you the world and deliver dirt.  dont believe any good reviews, they were probably written by his staff, unless they can be verified as real clients.
