Norvax carefull with shady salesman Chicago Illinois

I recently purchased a site from Norvax, the salesman told me it would be month to month. I called to put it on hold and he informed that I signed a one year contract. I could only break it by paying out the whole year. What a sham, no cancellation fee, I actually have to pay a year? I really though I was signing a month to month agreement. I am so frusterated with them They are not very helpful after the initial purchase. I was also told that I would be receiving 200 dollars worth of free leads. Yeah a month later when I had to remind them, then they only sent me half of them. When I realized it was better to just wait this out I had to also remind them theynever sent me my free leads. Customer service is great until you sign up.. figures.. just be carefull with what you sign. make sure you get the month to month just in case...
