I have seen a few postings on Norvergence from the Tampa bay area. Some have mentioned already working with an Lawyer. If anyone has the name of a Lawyer that they are working with it would be greatly appreciated since it would be helpful to go to one that already has the background on whats going on.

I too have suffered at the hands of Norvergence and one of their leasing banks.
If you are in Florida contact the Attorney Generals Office of Florida immediately, they are taking action to support those who have been affected.
