Complaints have been filed with human resources but nothing ever comes of it. Its usually just ignored or swept under the rug, by the VP of HR and Director. Its common knowledge that you are better off leaving the company than filing a complaint. They violate laws all of the time, the whistler blower hotline is a joke, and people ARE retaliated against if they complain. Promotions only happen if you are thin, pretty, white and young.  The cruiseline is run like a sweatshop but yet they preach good to great.

Vito Scotello is a the perfect example of someone who should be removed from his position he is a disgrace. He brain washes all of the executives he deals with and they have no idea that his work is not actually his own. People are also fired for using their health insurance, who does that??
