Note World does the financial processing for debt settlement companies, by pulling money from customers bank accounts in all states. WCS spent their life savings to advertise and help people get out of debt. NOTE WORLD pulls the fees through ACH transfer, for a fee from WCS customers. Three months ago WCS went to access the customers' accounts only to find all the passwords were changed and all the money was not being sent to WCS.

WCS contacted NOTE WORLD and spoke to Note World council who did nothing to help return the money to WCS. WCS was threatened by Note World council that a lawsuit would be filed against WCS for going public with the story and they tried to offer a terribly small settlement that would represent hush money. WCS tried for a solid three months to come to an amicable agreement but not short of returning the money stolen. WCS explained how it would proceed and is doing it by filing this complain along with legal action that is being work out. The CEO LINDA REMSBERG did not respond directly but said she was aware of the situation through her secretary.

This company claims that they have some obligation to defraud the debt companies and another company is responsible for this fraud.

WCS is not able to access any of our customers nor able to view payments that are being pulled, even with a contract between the companies. If you are considering doing business with this company stay clear, there are reputable companies that are responsible and have ethics.

This is unfortunately happening to a lot of debt settlement companies by Note World llc.
