Their ad was connected to a Dr Oz\Christie Brinkley session promising a free sample for shipping costs only of $4.99. No mention in ad of further transactions or need to cancel. Never received first free sample.CHARGED $4.95 AND $4.99 FOR POSTAGE AND HANDLING BUT NO PRODUCT.

Individually received the Tranquille eye serum and Nouveau "Pearly Creme"Skin Care in full sizes. Arrived with no invoice. No answer to phone number of Nouveau Skin Care. Charged  $89.75 on 1/12 ans $84.75 on 1/13.  on 2/11 $89.95. Bank is returning credit to my account and investigating for 90 days.

A box arrived I returned unopened along with the two original products , return receipt.
