I saw this ad in Internet regarding a new product allegedly developed by the wife of Facebook founder and provided for free. I looked for the fine prints but none was stated about a subscription. I received the cream after I ordered it on May 19, 2017 for $4.94 S&H. Before I ordered the thing, I googled the product's name but none was found or posted. On June 2, the company charged my card for $89.94. They are a scam. I tried calling the toll free number 866-471-8407 but none answered. I tried googling trynouveaurestor.com, nothing came up. This scammers are probably starting up. I saw postings regarding this company just a few days ago. BEWARE. I have requested a charge back on my credit card, hopefully they will reverse the charges. For anyone responding to free products with just shipping and handling, don't use a Debit Card. Use at least a Credit Card and if in case it is a scam, you have an alternative to dispute the charges.
